I want to thank Louisa, Mark, Em, Jay, Phil and Chris K for their instructor support. These guys give up their time and energy selflessly to help everyone to make the most of their experience. Without their personalities and efforts we wouldn't have a club - if you get a chance thank them as well. Please also welcome and support Rob & Joy Elliott and Josie Leyton who are currently Assistants in training along with Jack, Leo, Harvey and Mark who want to help out and give something back. Both Harvey and Mark are continuing Choi Kwang Do as part of their Duke Of Edinburgh Silver Award Scheme (after successfully completing the Bronze Award last year (using CKD for Leadership section) ~ well done guys!) and we want you to grow into brilliant inspiring leaders and instructors! As promised I have put a news section item about the notes from fridays Black Belt Class on the news page. I liked the synopsis so much Im going to create a separate area under the website for up-coming Black Belt candidates. I will be scanning on the Article from february's Littlehampton Gazette as well. As you can see we have a busy year ~ with 15 more students due to Black Belt Test we are working to get everyone ready for their big-day. With Em and Jay's wedding in August we are not having a demo team this year, but promise 2011 this will be back on the agenda! A Massive thanks to everyone for the birthday messages (4th March!!!!!) and those who have given me the inspiration and morale support to pursue Choi Kwang Do as a full time occupation. We are going to make West Sussex Choi Kwang Do THE benchmark of quality and technical delivery of self defence for other Martial Art Schools in this area to compare to but not surpass. P.s If you are not yet a member ~ join the West Sussex Choi Kwang Do Group on Facebook for club circulars and upcoming events. All the Best Mr H!

| I think, we need more sites about sport and healthy way of life, so that we knew how to be safe and sound. And besides were able to show good examples to our children. |

Well done to Everyone yesterday at WSCKD's first Public Demonstration at Angmering Village Hall. Its was Amazing and the video we took looks great.
Thanks to all for the effort and commitment you put in for the last 3 months, it really paid off and the standing ovation you got was fantastic.
You totally rocked the day and shows how far all of you have come and I am really proud of you all.
Thanks also to other students and families who came along for moral support on what was a really long day. It really lifted our spirits
I think the way it all came together on the day for the 2 demos we gave shows how hard everyone strived and it looked great. Grandmaster would have been proud of what you achieved yesterday in front of 60 people.
I really must thank and congratulate Emily again on putting the demo together and making us pracitice until we got it right.
Many thanks again to Everyone!
Well Done
